Who Do I
Contact?
There could be a number of
reasons that you need to contact one of our landscape
department. Below are some explanations of who you would
need to contact in particular situations.
Evergreen's landscaping staff
arrives in the office at 7:00 am Monday thru Friday and
sometimes on Saturday depending on weather conditions.
Our staff are usually available till 5:30 each day with
a few exceptions. If mornings are convenient for you,
our staff is easily contacted to discuss your needs.
Our goal is to always have your needs managed by your
primary designer and account representative. Click on
one of the names to the right to send an email or click
on the Contact Methods tab on the left for a listing of
phone numbers and extensions.
Again, our goal is to always keep you working with your
primary account representative whenever possible. They
will be more than happy to provide you care references
to ensure success in your landscape and to possibly
discuss what Evergreen can provide to you with regards
to custom maintenance services.
Your landscape project is managed by or Landscape
Production Manager, Eric Kraus. Eric is also assisted by
David Rust, our Customer Service coordinator in matters
of pre scheduling and organizing any special requests.
Eric and Dave's email address links are to the right and
further contact methods are provided by clicking on the
"Contact Methods" tab to the left. .
Contact either your primary designer / account
representative or our Customer Service Mrg., Dave Rust,
to report any concerns you have about dead or declining
trees, shrubs, or other plants.
Our accounting office will manage any payments and
balances of your account and project completed. Please
contact Allison Peterson, Evergreen's accounting
manager, who can review and provide you with any account
and balance information. Jessica Claman is our office
manager who can also assist you with any payments needed
to be made to your account. When bringing in or mailing
payments, please bring in associated paper work or
invoice with your payments or note on payment check
purpose of payment when mailing in payment checks.
Michael Valk, one of Evergreen's co-owners and the
Landscape Supervisor would appreciate very much any
comments, good or bad, that can be shared to ensure he's
in touch with your experiences. Michael can be emailed
